"The L’Horizon resort underwent a massive overhaul and came out looking like its glamorous 1950s self. And with it came SO.PA, the beautiful all-day, all-outdoors restaurant with a heavy Middle Eastern lean. We like the crispy California squid with spicy yogurt and Alaskan trout with lentils.
