"On a hot day, you might find a little line outside Mr. P’s, a Caribbean ice cream shop with a loyal following of soursop enthusiasts. Open since 2022, the Flatbush store is run by a father (Mr. P) and his son, and their sweet-and-tangy soursop ice cream is our favorite too. But every guest gets three free samples, and you should use them all. That way, you can also try beets and ginger, coconut, or a vegan avocado, which tastes like the real thing, with just a light sweetness.
