"Grnd Sqirl is the kind of place you swing by with your afternoon hiking  group for a cold beer and accidentally stay until the sun goes down. This vowel-less casual pub in Twentynine Palms has the best craft beer list in the area, including locally brewed 29 Palms Beer Co. and San Diego’s Bivouac Ciderworks. For beer nerds, one pint can quickly lead to three.  The bar food is excellent as well, with a juicy bacon and onion  burger dripping with tarragon aioli and a giant pretzel with beer cheese.
