Now, the pop-up has a smashburger operation based in Logan Square’s Split Milk that proves they aren’t a one-sandwich wonder. The highlight is The Chubby Smash—a maximalist combination of sauces, cheese, and crispy onions that fuses into a balanced flavor bomb of saltiness, tang, sweetness, and spice.
