"The latest outpost of Smør is now open in Williamsburg, and it’s a little different from both the original Scandinavian bakery in the East Village and the all-day cafe version in Clinton Hill. The new sibling is both a recipe R&D lab for the brand (to achieve new innovations in prinsesstårta technology), and a counter-service spot with pastries, breads, breakfast burritos, seasonal quiches, and more.
