"Be prepared to wait up to an hour for a seat at this traditional ramen joint in Liberdade. Once you’ve made it inside, you’ll chow down next to local families, elderly couples who exchange few words but nod in approval, and a steady stream of food bloggers. The gyoza, served steamed or fried, are generously filled, and the ramen bowls, loaded with slightly chewy homemade noodles, are enormous. There are a number of broths to choose from, but we go for the rich tonkotsu or the beautifully clear shoyu.
