"This much-anticipatedFrenchrestaurant inKensingtonis worth a visit based on size alone. There are three distinct dining areas, including a balcony where you can catch friends clinking martini glasses and couples splitting the decadent lump crab pasta, and massive floor-to-ceiling windows beckoning you in from the ground floor. Luckily for us—and, well, you—the food is just as exciting as the space. Everything on the seafood-heavy menu looks enticing, but the must-orders are the scallop gratin with crunchy breadcrumbs and chili butter and the lobster in a creamy corn soup that you’ll wish was served in a trough rather than a small bowl. We’re also fans of the chenin blanc-pickled vegetables, which are equal parts sweet and tangy. One week in and we have no notes. Or should we just say, “oui, oui”? Whatever. Just give it to us." - Candis R. McLean
