"Founded by a pair of high school pals who started making beer while still underage, Torch & Crown runs a brewery and restaurant on the western edge of Soho. In addition to their fruited sours, pilsners, and hazy IPAs, they offer wine, cocktails, and more food than you expect from a place with mammoth fermentation vessels. (A tomahawk steak, for example.)
