"Inside the Stassney Foodmart/Texaco on Stassney is Carnitas El Guero. They focus and only do carnitas. You can get carnitas tacos, carnitas tortas, or carnitas by the pound. You can get the carnitas lean or fatty, or with skin. And that’s it. The green tomatillo salsa is great, as is the smoky chipotle red salsa. There is also another location on North Lamar, just north of 183. photo credit: Raphael Brion" - Raphael Brion
