After knocking on the door to get let in (yes, it’s a Lisbon thing), you’ll be led into a serene space filled with Portuguese porcelain, books, and tapestries. The 12-course tasting menu is a celebration of vegetables. Think Jerusalem artichokes, fire-kissed sweet potatoes, and a meatless cozido à portuguesa that somehow hits as if it were meaty.
