"Given that Tiana is an aspiring restaurateur, we have to assume the bland food at Tiana’s Palace is not what she had in mind for her first Disney cafe. There is one worthwhile item here, though: the Muffuletta. This version of the classic New Orleans sandwich is made with toasted sesame seed bread, mortadella, salami, ham, cheddar, and provolone, plus olive relish for some needed acidity. It’s a hefty, well-built sandwich that’ll keep you full until the fireworks start.
