"The Warfield takes up half a city block in downtown Ketchum, making the restaurant, brewery, and distillery the perfect spot to bring extended family on your annual ski trip when you realize you forgot to make a reservation for a group of 10. Start with a selection of plates like crispy fried cauliflower and the poutine, followed by bigger dishes like the fish and chips, baby pork ribs, and a juicy angus burger. In the winter, they have a blue light special—$10 bottomless pints that benefit the local Sawtooth Avalanche Center—when it’s snowed over three inches that runs until the snow stops.
