"Oteri's Italian Bakery has a few locations in the city and has been around since 1904. So it should be no surprise that the neighborhood staple is where people go in the Northeast for cookies, tarts, and cakes for their cousin Marie's communion. But the small shop also has a pair of cannoli—regular and chocolate chip—that are a bit of letdown. Go for the glazed and chocolate donuts instead. You'll thank us, as will Marie." - Candis R.
