"The Eastside is usually our first stop for anything cooked in a tandoor—so it's no surprise that another Indian restaurant has opened in Bellevue. Chawla’s Cafe is a casual counter that serves dishes like pakoras, channa masala, and Nutella naan. They’re also open until 10pm, which in quiet Bellevue is basically the equivalent to 2am.
