"Bowen House is one of our favorite Dallas date spots, but it works just as well for after-work drinks and casual cheeseburger dinners. The cocktails range from refreshing whiskey highballs to a rich and creamy take on bananas foster. The food leans French, with buttery escargot and steak tartare, but then the menu throws you a surprise club sandwich and cacio e pepe laced with spicy Calabrian chili.
