"Lona Cocina truly thrives off its view. So if you’re going, go only to sit outside and appreciate the beach view while sipping fine margaritas. Do not go for the food, which is a mess of butchered Mexican dishes. The tuna tostada has an intensely fishy smell, the grilled onions on top of the carne asada tacos are a haunting shade of gray, and the bacon in their “crispy bacon” guacamole is rubbery and cold. If you've got to eat something here, make it the baja fish tacos, which are the least offensive thing on the menu. The only reason the restaurant is the best Mexican option on its immediate stretch of A1A is that the direct competition is a place called The Drunken Taco." - Ryan Pfeffer
