"In Inwood, you’ll see lots of storefronts with signs for fritura, but this deli stands out—particularly because they’ll deliver a heaping container full of fried things and a few beers until at least 2am every night, which is a pretty good reason to like something. Order a mix of everything, so that you can switch between bites of fatty, bone-in chunks of pork, chicken, sweet potato, plaintains, and—our personal favorite—the crispy longaniza, and squeaky queso frito. Squeeze the provided lime on very liberally, and wash it all down with that six-pack. This spot is on a side street and would be easy to miss if it weren’t for the crowd of dominoes players outside." - Willa Moore
