"Yet another pizza joint has landed in Mexico City, in Juárez’s car parts district, and this one is unexpectedly romantic. A big yellow metal pizza oven is center stage, surrounded by leather booths and mirrors that set a Mad Men-era mood. Order the zucchini blossom tempura with anchovies and lemon, and a Paloma de Palermo cocktail with charanda, oranges, pomelo, and chile liquor, and you’re off to a great start. Their showstopper is the bubbly sourdough Neapolitan pizza (they’re unsliced per Italian tradition, but you can ask for it cut). There are several on the menu, including a perfectly done margherita, and one with béchamel, fior di latte, guanciale, and truffle that’s decadent but won’t make you feel like you need to be rolled out of here." - guillaume guevara
