"Battista’s is essentially Bucca Di Beppo with the grit that comes from being a block off The Strip. Every inch of this Italian restaurant is covered in celebrity headshots, old records, and faded tchotchkes. A wedding’s worth of chianti bottles hang from the ceiling. If you can embrace the overt kitsch (and below average food), it’s an ideal place for rowdy group dinners that will still leave everybody with some leftover budget for ironic Penn & Teller merch. Every entree, including a 14oz. ribeye and a chicken parm draped in a thick, leopard-spotted layer of mozzarella cheese, is under $50 and comes with unlimited red and white house wine.
