"Los Costeños is a Mexican food stand at the Uwajimaya food court that serves pork shoulder sandwiches and great plates of spicy seafood. But you should prioritize their giant breakfast burrito—which, unlike many other places, is served all day. There are bacon, sausage, and grilled vegetable options, but be sure to get the salty chorizo. Pork-flavored oil weaves through scrambled eggs and chunks of crispy skin-on red potatoes, while a surplus of melty cheese oozes over heaps of black beans like a zen fountain in a doctor's office.
