"Lunch or dinner at Seafood Hotpot is all about how much you want to dip, dunk, crack, and slurp in a little over an hour. This Chinatown spot is a little more about self-assembly than its counterparts: the vegetables are on racks on the wall and you grab all your own (free!) drinks and utensils. But you also get a seafood boil on top of the hot pot. Although the atmosphere is bare bones, the protein and vegetable variety comes in at over 30 choices.
