"This is our favorite overall taqueria in the area. There are many like it—quite literally, there are El Dolar #1, #3, #4, and #5—but this truck is ours. That’s mainly because the meat is cooked perfectly every time here, unlike a lot of other taco options in the area. Our perfect order is one chicken featuring super moist chunks of meat, one carne asada that’s always nicely charred, and one very shreddy barbacoa.
