But if we did, we bet it’d look like Schulman’s, with its stained glass hanging lamp shades, wide lacquered bar, and overstuffed leather booths. They’ve got $12 ice-cold martinis complete with really good olives, a fruity and crisp IPA collab with Southern Grist, and a Happy Hour $4 forty special on Fridays. To fully experience Schulman’s simple-but-classic ethos, order their $9 double cheeseburger with special sauce and pair it with a Donna’s Pickle Beer.
