"There are more than 200 species of plants in Queen Elizabeth Hall Roof Garden. We could probably name about eight of them, but that doesn’t mean that sitting up here next to something that might be foxglove with a chilled glass of rosé, isn’t delightful. The cocktails are pretty average and the drink selection is small, but the postcard views of the South Bank and gingham picnic blankets make up for it.
