"Strong Water Tavern is a Latin-Caribbean spot that could hold its own anywhere in Orlando, except it just so happens to be right in the lobby of the Sapphire Falls Resort. They have a huge selection of rums, as well as rainbow ceviche, ropa vieja, and curried goat. Even if you’re not staying at the resort, it’s worth taking the quick boat ride from City Walk to grab a meal, or at the very least a mai tai. RESERVE A TABLE" - Jacqueline Dole
