"Despite looking like a teeny seaside shack, the inside of Fair Haven Oyster Company from the same people behind Tavern on State has the feel of a swanky yacht club—porthole windows, wood-paneled walls, and all. But the best seats are on their covered back patio where you can feel the breeze coming off the Quinnipiac River while you eat scallop crudo and peel-and-eat shrimp.
