Trini Vybez - Review - Washington DC - The Infatuation

"Trini Vybez is the latest addition to Columbia Heights, in a spot right above Thip Khao. Originally a food truck in 2020, founder Natalia Kalloo has expanded into a brick-and-mortar location, with a Trinidadian menu full of roti platters, doubles, stewed meats, and dishes inspired by Port of Spain’s diverse culinary heritage. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
