"Elation’s beers are for people who are capital S Serious about beer (with love, they’re not for everyone) but it’s the wood oven in the corner serving Chelsea Bakehouse’s Neapolitan-style pies that lands it on this guide. Maybe it’s the hazy IPA, or the giant Adirondack chairs on the lawn, but the pizza here tastes better than the ones coming out of the oven at the actual bakery. The red and white pies are equally exciting, so order at least one of both. There are Chelsea Bakehouse pastries in the adjoining coffee shop, and Elation also has their own menu of snacks and sandwiches if pizza is, somehow, not your thing.
