Wakefield Crowbar - Review - Garden Oaks - Houston - The Infatuation
"If you want to play sports while watching sports in Garden Oaks, Wakefield Crowbar is the place. The American spot has multiple volleyball courts, indoor and outdoor bars, and at least five TVs in each area. Don’t expect too much from the food—the menu doesn’t get into anything besides pizza that tastes good after a few green tea shots on tap, burgers, wings, and spice-dusted tortilla chips that will make you ask, “Wait, where can I get these chips?” But, as a sports bar, Wakefield understands the important matters: providing just enough beer, just enough activity, and just enough fried food to keep people happy but not chaotic. Apart from competitive volleyball court jockeying, none of the bar areas get too rowdy.
