"You could play country pub bingo at The Bell Inn and quickly have a full card. Mounted animal heads? Two. Stone fireplace with Berghaus fleece-wearers sipping pinot noir? Check. Beams? Chunky and plentiful. But your first bite of bone marrow-smeared flatbread and one glance at the chic gallery wall tells you that this isn’t your average Cotswolds boozer. Groups celebrate birthdays while next to them a couple celebrates not having to cook with a near-perfect Sunday roast. Outside, with garden table seating, it’s more casual, with cyclists stopping by for seasonal pub classics, charred anchovy and caper pizzas, and pints. Book ahead because this Langford pub is rightly very popular—with locals and visitors alike. video credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna" - Sinéad Cranna
