The menu cleverly meshes Mexican and Japanese flavors: think a sturdy yet ultra-thin tostada with cured salmon, pickled onions, and yuzu kosho-spiked guacamole, like a lox bagel reimagined for the jacaranda-lined streets of La Condesa.
