Head to this Filipino stand for pineapple Dole Whip and chicken Shanghai lumpia—we’d happily trek from the nosebleeds at one end of Oracle to the other just to get them. The lumpia’s shell is crispy and manages to soak up the entire plastic container of sweet chili sauce every time.
