"The city's best new croissant is found on a rather quiet stretch of 7th Avenue in Park Slope, and it tastes like butter that flew first class from France. If you lean sweeter, there's also kouign-amann, or a chocolate hazelnut croissant made with both chocolate and plain laminated dough, filled to the brim with a rich, creamy nutella. And if you lean smart, you can pick up a loaf of sourdough for later. For now, the shop is only open on weekdays from 8am-12pm, so fake a doctor's appointment, and go eat butter. There are no lines here yet, but there probably will be. " - molly fitzpatrick, bryan kim, neha talreja, willa moore, will hartman, sonal shah
