Hills Kitchen - Review - Bushwick - New York - The Infatuation

"Hills Kitchen is a West African spot in Bushwick where you can get a variety of soups and stews, as well as some stuff like chicken with joloff, fried rice with fish, and meat pies so dense they could almost double as dumbells (if they weren’t so flaky and ideal for consumption). We’re especially partial to the efo soup, which, in terms of soups, is decidedly on the thicker end of the spectrum. It’s incredibly rich and salty, stuffed with what’s probably a bag’s worth of spinach - and a sticky ball of Hills Kitchen’s eba is exactly what you should eat it with." - Bryan Kim
