"Recently we were walking down 14th Street and we saw someone drinking some sort of hot beverage that seemed to have a small egg on it. We found this extremely intriguing. Further investigation led us to Uluhuluh, a new bubble tea shop in the East Village from the team behind Uluh. For their soft opening they’re serving something called a “Matcha Latte Sunny Side Up”.
