Inside the small, Palestinian-inspired bakery near Herne Hill station, the smell of za’atar wafts from the open kitchen, over the counter lined with soft, light buns. The sweet highlight is the Knafeh, laced with creamy, cheesy filling and topped with crispy crumbled kataifi pastry.
