The downtown vegan Singaporean spot cranks the flavor dials up to the max for every plant-based dish. Lightly fried mushroom goreng is flawless over a fresno calamansi sambal, and the laksa has rich, earthy depth that really shines through. Even their bread—crusty, golden-brown shaobing covered in glossy sesame seeds—is something you’ll be dream journaling about for weeks. This spot is also just a lot of fun, like a rainbow ball pit come to life.
