"South Florida has a very short list of Ethiopian restaurants. There are just three from Miami to Palm Beach, with Red Sea falling smack in the middle. Thankfully, the Oakland Park spot is great, and also a bit more formal than the others, perfect for a date night or catch-up dinner with friends. The dining room has lots of natural light, little gold lamps on each table, and a dedicated hand washing station off to the side. Pay it a visit before you start tearing off chunks of injera to scoop up slowly stewed vegetables, chicken, and lamb. Ask about the Ethiopian honey wine if you want something other than beer to drink." - Ryan Pfeffer
