"Varga is a pin-up themed bar in Washington Square West, and if that sounds like something you’d have absolutely no interest in, you’d be wrong. They have some of the best crab fries we’ve ever had (sorry Chickies & Petes), and their kitchen is open until 1am, so you should be ending your nights here regularly. They also have a large rotating draft beer selection, and a Saturday Happy Hour where you can sit by the open windows and feel badly for the people who are doing more productive things with their weekends." - Sydney McElwee
