Daytrip Review - Temescal - San Francisco - The Infatuation
"Daytrip is a Temescal natural wine bar and restaurant highlighting the power of fermentation. So if you love the tingly tang of housemade vinegar, consider this your new favorite place. Buttery golden-brown focaccia alongside basil oil and that vinegar makes an appearance, as does a miso butter pasta finished with gochugaru and kelp pearls. There’s also a refreshing, crunchy celery salad covered in thinly shaved aged sheep’s cheese (it’ll immediately convert you into a celery fanatic). Use this cute bar for dates or drinks before dinner up the street. It’s colorful, and filled with mostly young-ish folks in Dickies admiring the psychedelic wall projections and keeping the bottles coming.
