"Daytrip is a Temescal natural wine bar and restaurant highlighting the power of fermentation. So if you love the tingly tang of housemade vinegar, consider this your new favorite place. Buttery golden-brown focaccia alongside basil oil and that vinegar makes an appearance, as does a miso butter pasta finished with gochugaru and kelp pearls.
