This classic Italian spot has been a Vegas institution since 1949, and despite the modern digs, has more shticky, Rat Pack allure than the poker room at Golden Gate. Family wedding photos line the walls, and in the main dining room, a stage hosts jazz bands and crooners nightly. A wax figure of the Perry family patriarch greets you at the hostess stand.
