"Angie’s is a roving pizza oven that’s currently popping-up Wednesday-Sunday nights at Bar Bardini in Echo Park. They’re cooking up excellent Neapolitan-style pies with slightly-charred, bubbly crust and toppings that range from pepperoni to mushroom, kale, and pesto. The menu changes fairly frequently, so don’t get too caught up picking a favorite, but that said, if the sausage and Castelvetrano olive-topped Louie, Louie is on the menu, definitely get it.
