"Rosebud is an adorably cute name for a restaurant, so it’s fitting that it’s partially housed in one of those adorable old train cars that have been turned into diners all across America. Inside, the space is about 10 times the size of the little diner portion up front, and there’s a big bar in the back that’s a great place to sit and have a quiet meal of mostly American barbecue-type stuff by yourself.
