Lucinda’s pulls off full juke joint cosplay in the East Village - Review - New York - The Infatuation

"With its functioning jukebox, photos of Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, and other country stars, Lucinda’s in the East Village joins a small but growing group of bars that cosplay country in NYC. This honky tonk pulls it off (it’s also owned by Lucinda Williams), with live music at least five nights a week, beers that start at a reasonable $6 per bottle, and a disproportionately large number of cowboy boots and blue jeans. Pull on a pair of each and head over for some Nashville-inspired energy and a casual shot of whiskey. video credit: Will Hartman" - Will Hartman
