Ananas Pizzeria

"Ananas Pizzeria is the pizza brainchild of the team behind Capitol Hill's excellent Lao restaurant Taurus Ox. The most successful pies here dive off the deep end a bit, like the namesake Ananas with pineapple, togarashi, and thick ham. Or the tangy Lao option with bamboo shoots, provolone, lardon, and enough fresh dill to kickstart a pickling side hustle. Just don’t toss out the crusts, which are brushed with garlic butter and taste great dunked in single-serve cups of Ken’s ranch. There’s no better place to grab a slice between the hours of 5pm and 1am in the neighborhood." - aimee rizzo, kayla sager riley

Hellbent Brewing Company

Brewery · Olympic Hills

"We opened our doors in Lake City, Seattle in 2015. Our goal was simply to contribute to the Northwest’s already sterling reputation for serving great craft beer. We were fortunate to occupy a converted 70s-era Chinese restaurant, which we gutted and re-converted into a 20-barrel brewery and 3,000sf tavern that includes an event space, game room, and patio. Lake City and the surrounding neighborhoods have welcomed us with open arms. We’re proud to be served in some of Seattle’s finest restaurants and its most cherished dives. Thanks to this wonderful community and our masterful brewer, Brian Young, we offer an array of delicious ales year-round, as well as seasonal lagers and Belgian styles. Please, check us out when you can"
