At Son Del North, riceless burritos get right to the point - Review - New York - The Infatuation

"Son Del North won’t put rice in your burrito. That’s kind of their thing. Inspired by Northern Mexico, this counter-service spot that started on the Lower East Side offers a protein-packed product with no unnecessary fillers and ample melted cheese. The result is rather gooey, but incredibly satisfying, thanks in large part to the stretchy Sonoran flour tortillas. There are few different routes you can go—including shrimp, chicken, and vegan chorizo—but start with the smoky carne asada.
