Double D’s - Review - Design District - Dallas - The Infatuation

"Double Ds is a tale of two bars. Come at 6pm for draft Palomas and whiskey highballs in a retro, wood-paneled space that looks like a 1970s basement. It’s a smart choice for after-work catch-ups or a quick cocktail before dinner at El Carlos Elegante next door. Once 10pm rolls around, it’s a different vibe entirely. There’s usually a line outside of people buzzing with energy and the promise of DJs spinning upbeat hip-hop, R&B, and pop. Once inside, a dance party is liable to break out at any time, or whenever you knock back a Razzle Dazzle shot (mixed berry vodka, lemon, ginger) and start one." - Kevin Gray
