M's delicious 21-course dinner kicks off with a few warm plates, like buttery lobster in a fantastic chimichurri that we’d love to have as an entree. With a $295-per-person dinner price tag, it’s easy to pass up the $135 sake tasting, but it’s also worth the splurge.
