"If you want to know what flying feels like, we imagine gliding along the Manhattan skyline on a rooftop rink might get you close. The rink at The William Vale in Williamsburg is outside on the 23rd floor, but that’s not even the most interesting thing about it. It’s made of sustainable synthetic ice, which uses no power or water and also isn’t cold. Yes, you can now skate on a rooftop on ice that isn’t cold. We really do have everything now. Follow your skate with a cocktail at Westlight’s outdoor Winter Village pop-up. Make your skating and dining reservations here.
